Sales Manager

We are hiring a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets and drive revenue growth. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are meeting their individual goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Train new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Experience in developing sales strategies. Knowledge of CRM software. Ability to travel for business purposes. Biometric passport for international travel. Salary : 1300$ per month. Location : Porto, Portugal. This is a part‐time position with the option for full‐time in the future.
