About the job and your team

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Analytics solutions, especially with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Knowledge and experience with SAP Datasphere is a strong advantage. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SAP Analytics solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of data management, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

You will work on

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and analytics needs.
2. Design and implement SAP Analytics solutions, including SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
3. Develop data models, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to clients.
4. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP Data Services or other ETL tools.
5. Optimize and maintain existing SAP Analytics solutions to ensure performance and scalability.
6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on SAP Analytics tools and best practices.
7. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Analytics solutions.
8. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in SAP Analytics and data management.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Analytics solutions with other business applications.
10. Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Quality system, HSE regulations, policies and standardized operating procedures.
11. Perform all other tasks upon the instructions of the superior in charge which may be necessitated by the operations of the related unit and which do not conflict with any applicable laws, statutory provisions and company rules.
12. Compliance with area-specific customer requirements.

Your qualifications and skills

1. 3+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, especially SAP BW and SAP HANA.
2. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AfO).
3. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
4. Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
5. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Experience with SAP Datasphere is a plus.
8. SAP certification in SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
10. Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
12. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
