We are looking for an Senior Credit & Risk Reporting Consultant!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate enhancements and changes to Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) credit risk models.
• Analyze and explain key differences between production and testing environments.
• Support the initial production deployment of new projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement controls to ensure process quality and reliability.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of internal processes and operating frameworks.
• Prepare materials and reporting for senior management committees.
• Participate in the calculation and analysis of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA).
• Support the preparation, validation, and delivery of regulatory and prudential reporting.
• Contribute to monitoring compliance with regulatory and capital requirements.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Risk Management, Finance, or Audit within the banking sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk concepts, including the Standardized and IRB approaches.
• Good understanding of the Basel III and Basel IV regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Access, SQL, and Business Objects (preferred).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
