Sobre a Vaga
Estamos à procura de um AI Use Case & Enablement Manager – AI Apps & Personal Agents para um projeto internacional no setor da logística.
Responsabilidades:
- Identificação e Priorização de Casos de Uso de IA: Colaborar com as áreas de negócio para identificar, documentar e avaliar potenciais casos de uso de Inteligência Artificial, com base no valor para o negócio, viabilidade e risco.
- Tradução entre Negócio e TI: Traduzir requisitos de negócio em requisitos funcionais e técnicos claros para aplicações e agentes de IA.
- Capacitação e Adoção de IA: Apoiar a introdução de aplicações e agentes de IA através da coordenação de projetos-piloto, provas de conceito (POCs) e implementações, incluindo onboarding e capacitação dos utilizadores.
- Alinhamento com a Governação de Aplicações de IA: Garantir que os casos de uso de IA cumprem os requisitos internos de governação, proteção de dados, segurança e conformidade regulamentar, em estreita colaboração com as equipas de Segurança de TI, Jurídico e Compliance.
- Apoio à Criação de Agentes de IA Pessoais: Prestar consultoria e apoio prático a utilizadores individuais na conceção e criação de agentes de IA pessoais ou adaptados a funções específicas.
Requisitos:
- Mais de 4 anos de experiência em análise de negócio, transformação digital, capacitação em IA ou gestão de produto, com participação prática em iniciativas de IA ou automação.
- Licenciatura em Informática de Gestão , Ciência da Computação , Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada.
- Sólidos conhecimentos de conceitos de IA, do ciclo de vida das aplicações de IA e de ambientes de TI empresariais (preferencialmente no ecossistema Microsoft 365 e Azure ).
- Experiência no trabalho com stakeholders de negócio para definição e priorização de casos de uso.
- Bom conhecimento de proteção de dados, segurança e requisitos de conformidade aplicáveis a soluções de IA.
- Certificações relevantes (por exemplo, Microsoft AI , Azure , Product Management ou Change Management ) serão valorizadas.
