Key Responsibilities – Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Careers in Lisbon

Required Skills and Qualifications – Arabic Customer Service Jobs in Portugal

• Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (C1 level) and strong English communication skills (B2 minimum).

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centre, or related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Successful completion of a comprehensive on-site training programme upon joining.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts between 09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday (shift durations: 4, 6, or 8 hours).
