Core Responsibilities & Daily Operations

Your main focus will be guiding users through digital payment systems, turning routine technical questions into reliable, smooth, and positive experiences:

• Multichannel Assistance: Guide French-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone calls regarding platform navigation, profile setup, and payment processing.
• Targeted Problem-Solving: Address billing errors, transfer delays, and account protection issues with an analytical, client-focused mindset.
• Security & Compliance Protocols: Rigidly uphold anti-fraud measures and data protection laws (such as GDPR) to keep private financial data secure.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Connect clients with specialized technical departments, providing user feedback to support continuous platform enhancements.
• Task Management: Handle diverse administrative tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and professional attitude.

Key Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal command of French (C1/C2 capability), along with an intermediate level of English (B2) for internal communication and training resources.
• Software Aptitude: Comfort learning new online tools and managing multiple database systems simultaneously.
• Client-Focused Approach: An authentic desire to support users, paired with composure during high-volume operational shifts.
• Location Status: Resident in Lisbon, or fully prepared to relocate to the capital (either on your own or through our corporate moving support).
