Description

• Managing internal IT systems, servers, cloud environments, and software licensing;
• Overseeing hardware lifecycle, asset inventory, and onboarding setups;
• Defining and enforcing IT security policies, including endpoint protection, firewalls, and VPNs;
• Providing first-line technical support and user assistance across the organization;
• Maintaining backup systems and liaising with external vendors and managed service providers;
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.

Profile

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in IT Support or similar roles;
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS;
• Good understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs);
• Strong awareness of cybersecurity principles (endpoint protection, access control, basic auditing);
• Interest in AI and productivity tools;
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset;
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
