M&A Analyst

Responsibilities
- Support M&A processes, including:
- Preparation and analysis of financial models and valuation exercises
- Review of transaction documentation in coordination with Legal teams
- Analysis of due diligence materials and interaction with advisors
- Management of Q&A and VDR
- Support with Investment Committee and Board presentations
- Support coordination with internal teams in the integration of new companies/assets and monitoring of ongoing investments
- Support the Management team in strategic decisions
- Participate in the preparation and review of business plans
- Perform market analyses and screening of potential opportunities
Requirements
- Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance or investment banking
- Relevant track-record in M&A transactions, notably with regards to valuation analysis and due diligence and particularly in the Energy Sector is a plus
- Experience in financial models preparation and analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving mindset
