Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals navigating the home application process. Your role will involve providing guidance, answering inquiries, reviewing application-related information, and ensuring applicants receive a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist applicants with questions related to the home application process, requirements, and documentation
- Review and verify application information for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve applicant concerns and provide guidance
- Accurately document customer interactions within internal systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases following company procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective application processing
- Meet service quality standards and response time goals
- Keep up to date with project guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
