Estamos à procura de um(a) IT Recruiter para se juntar à nossa equipa. Alguém que conheça o mundo da tecnologia, fale a mesma língua dos developers e saiba que o recrutamento é muito mais do que enviar mensagens no LinkedIn.
O que vais fazer:
- Gerir o processo de recrutamento de perfis IT de ponta a ponta desde a pesquisa, triagem e entrevistas, até à apresentação ao Business Manager;
- Criar e manter uma base de talentos atualizada e envolvida;
- Promover uma candidate experience próxima, transparente e humana;
- Apoiar iniciativas de employer branding e comunicação da marca no mercado tech.
O que procuramos em ti:
- Experiência anterior (mínimo 2 anos) como IT Recruiter (idealmente em consultoria ou outsourcing tecnológico);
- Boa compreensão de perfis técnicos;
- Capacidade de comunicação e empatia sabes criar relação e ganhar confiança;
- Organização, foco em resultados e team spirit ;
- Boa gestão de ferramentas de sourcing;
- Disponibilidade para regime híbrido (Parque das Nações).
