Ensure compliance with tax obligations across all Nors Group entities; Act as the main point of contact with tax authorities; Provide expert tax advice and review contracts to ensure tax compliance; Identify opportunities for tax optimization; Monitor and analyze tax legislation and updates in the countries where Nors operates; Organize and deliver tax-related training to internal teams. What do we expect from you? Degree in Law, Economics, or Management; Specialization in Taxation; Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or shared services environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Strong business and client-oriented mindset; Strong analytical and decision-making skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills.
