Role Overview:
As a Customer Support, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and live chat channels. Your focus will be on providing effective solutions, clear communication, and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and approachable support via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account-related requests
- Deliver clear and effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
- Recognize and escalate more complex cases when necessary
- Work closely with internal departments to address customer concerns efficiently
- Achieve performance targets, quality standards, and response time goals
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
- Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
