Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media and proactive outreach Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and first-round interviews to identify potential candidates Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process Ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to offer Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates Collaborate with People Lead on offers and hiring decisions Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement Stay updated on market trends and share best practices with the team Support employer branding efforts and engage with relevant communities Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or another people-related role. Internships are also valued. Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and in conversation. A genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to learn how to identify, assess, and attract the right talent. The ability to organise your work, manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines. The ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers through clear, timely, and professional communication. A curious mindset, with the habit of exploring different approaches, seeking feedback, and continuously improving the way you work. The initiative to identify what needs to be done, take ownership of your responsibilities, and follow through until completion.
