Talent Acquisition Sourcer with Spanish

Overview

Ferring Pharmaceuticals seeks a dynamic sourcer with Spanish language skills to contribute to talent sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates via social media, professional networks, and Boolean search.
• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Building, growing, and nurturing talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Liaising with local HRBP’s and Hiring Managers to ensure clear communication.
• Maintaining consistency in the sourcing process and ensuring best candidate experience.
• Updating and maintaining ATS (Workday).
• Conducting phone screenings and background checks.
• Coordinating interview scheduling (both virtual and onsite).

Qualifications

• University degree in Social and Organizational Psychology or Human Resources (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational company dealing with sourcing activities, CV screening, and phone screening interviews.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Experience collaborating with multicultural Talent Acquisition teams.
