Nous recherchons un Technicien Support pour le marché français, afin d'assurer l'assistance technique et fonctionnelle auprès des utilisateurs dans un environnement dynamique et digital. Le poste est basé au Portugal , en télétravail, avec présence ponctuelle sur site selon les besoins du projet.
Missions principales
- Réception et gestion des demandes d'assistance (téléphone, e‑mail, chat).
- Support de troisième niveau : résolution des incidents non résolus au niveau 2.
- Analyse des erreurs et des problèmes liés aux applications informatiques.
- Assistance technique sur des applications spécifiques.
- Vérification des données clients dans la base de données.
- Suivi des protocoles établis et utilisation d'outils informatiques complexes.
- Proposition d'améliorations basées sur les incidents observés.
- Participation aux formations internes pour développement et mise à jour des compétences.
Profil recherché
- Connaissance du produit/service.
- Maîtrise de MS Office , MySQL , Slack , Postman .
- Français C2 obligatoire.
- Anglais B2 obligatoire.
- Compétences techniques en résolution de problèmes et dépannage.
- Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
- Orientation client, coopération, flexibilité et volonté d'apprendre.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement les tickets et demandes d'assistance.
Formation
- Durée : 12 jours ouvrés , 8h/jour, en anglais.
- Programme : outils informatiques, produits et services, gestion clientèle.
- Rémunération formation : 185,60 € nets par semaine .
Conditions de travail
- 40 heures par semaine , du lundi au vendredi, entre 08h00 et 17h30.
- Vacances selon la loi portugaise (20 à 22 jours/an).
- Période d'essai : 1 mois .
- Modèle actuel : télétravail , avec présence ponctuelle à Porto(1 fois par trimestre).
Salaire
- Salaire brut mensuel total (sans logement) : 1318,34 €
Localisation
Remote Portugal — Porto (selon les besoins du projet).
