Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Software Developer to join our Backend Engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in designing, developing, and enhancing our backend platform, delivering robust and scalable solutions that drive our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while contributing to the innovation, performance, and reliability of our technology stack.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications platform.

• Participate in functional design specification reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches.

• Work together with other department developers regarding integration and shared development.

• Integrating with 3rd party applications and products

• As a team member, you will be responsible on all aspects of handling the platform's backend.

• Maintaining the servers, deployment processes and debugging live in production when required.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.

• Solid understanding and practical application of software design patterns and best practices.

• Experience developing and maintaining applications in multithreaded and concurrent environments.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.

• Proven experience with the Spring Framework ecosystem, including Spring Boot and related technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully within cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, contribute to team success, and support colleagues when needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Good command of written and spoken English. .
