About the job German International Recruiter - Lisbon Our client is looking to expand and grow their recuitment team, and is looking for German and/ or Dutch speakers to join this project in beautiful Lisbon. Your main objective is to source and recruit qualified professionals in various sectors using different tools, such as internal databases, social media, advanced internet search, referral networks, networking opportunities, job boards, etc. RESPONSABILITIES: Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates Administer or correct tests, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate Be self-motivated to learn and improve daily, have a strong internal drive for achievement and success Provide industry-best client service in a sales-oriented business development setting Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment Search for New business in different industries and close new business Add value to your team and bring incredible energy to the already faced-paced culture REQUIREMENTS: Experience in recruitment for a minimum of 6 months A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment Winning mentality Ability to overcome objections and be persistent Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency Excellent level of English - written and oral communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
