A Maxmat procura Junior Accounts Payable Assistant para reforçar temporariamente (contrato de 6 meses) a equipa do seu departamento Financeiro, com sede no Porto e acreditamos que juntos construímos o futuro #Together We Build
Reportando diretamente à Team Leader, este profissional terá como principais responsabilidades:
Principais tarefas:
- Registo e conferência de faturas (invoice matching)
- Suporte ao fornecedor
- Apoio na classificação e lançamento de documentos
- Apoio na organização documental
- Apoio noutras tarefas do departamento financeiro que possam surgir
O que esperamos:
- Curso Técnico de Contabilidade ou Gestão
- Licenciatura em Contabilidade ou Gestão será valorizado
- Conhecimentos de Excel e MS Office (valorizado)
- Gosto pelo trabalho em Equipa e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal
- Sentido de responsabilidade e ética profissional
