Key Responsibilities

As part of the sales team, you will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients while supporting them throughout the initial stages of their journey with the platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively contact new potential clients through outbound calls .
• Engage prospects and introduce them to the available advertising and business opportunities.
• Guide potential clients through the sign-up and onboarding process.
• Help new clients become engaged with the platform.
• Build interest by presenting relevant solutions and opportunities.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs.
• Identify potential business opportunities and decision-makers.
• Deliver effective and high-value sales pitches.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing .
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• Comfortable making cold calls and proactively contacting potential clients.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system .
• Understanding of industry and market dynamics.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Effective questioning and communication abilities.

Working Conditions

• On-site position in Lisbon, Portugal .
• Workplace located at TP Tejo .
• 40 hours per week .
• Eight working hours per day, with an additional lunch break.
• Schedule details will be provided during the recruitment process.
• Portuguese public holidays apply.
• Employees working on Portuguese public holidays may receive a compensation day according to the applicable project conditions.
• Annual holiday entitlement according to Portuguese employment law.
• Initial training lasts approximately 15 working days .
• Training is conducted in English .
• Training includes software, product, service, and customer management preparation.
• Successful completion of the training leads to the employment contract process.
• Initial employment contract with the possibility of extension and future long-term opportunities, according to the applicable employment conditions.
