Responsibilities Regular posting of business transactions; month, quarter, and year end activities. Support Accounts Payable, Assets accounting and Treasury areas. Reconciliations: accounts, banks, systems, and intercompany. Support the production of financial monthly reports and liaise with internal and external parties to meet deadlines. Ensure regulatory, tax, corporate and compliance requirements are met when applicable. Prepare management information reports as requested. Assure accuracy of accounting postings and compliance with rules, internal policy and delegated authority matrix. Resolve queries from stakeholders by e‐mail or phone. Create and update processes and internal documentation on a regular basis. Participate in continuous improvement or change projects and processes. Support line manager in standardisation/automation of European procedures. Deliver exceptional quality service standards/KPI's and maintain relevant data updated. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Risk Management and Insurance, or related field. Good understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, IFRS and accounting policies. Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail oriented, structured, autonomous, and able to explain findings simply. Results driven, energetic, and able to work in a fast‐paced environment. Strong organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills to meet deadlines. Curious, proactive, and willing to learn with a challenge‐spirit. Analytical, critical thinking, and can‐do attitude. Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel (advanced), VBA (added value). Experience with Oracle or similar ERP and quick adaptation to internal systems.
