Hello, Brazy is looking for an SMM Manager for our eSports products . The most important requirement for this position is deep knowledge of CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Standoff. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the games, their mechanics, updates, tournaments, trends, memes, and community specifics. This is one of the key criteria in the candidate selection process.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Development and implementation of SMM and content strategies for social media.

• Planning, preparing, and publishing content according to the content plan.

• Constant monitoring of news, updates, tournaments, trends, memes, and relevant events in CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Standoff 2, with fast adaptation of these topics to the brand and its audience.

• Creating content based on a deep understanding of gaming culture, game mechanics, and the interests of gaming audiences.

• Monitoring gaming and iGaming trends and quickly adapting them to the brand.

• Analyzing content performance, reach, engagement, audience growth, and other key metrics.

• Preparing reports and optimizing the strategy based on data.

• Assigning tasks to designers and copywriters, while monitoring deadlines and quality.

• Developing and promoting the brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Threads, and other social media platforms. 

• Creating content aimed at increasing engagement, audience growth, traffic, and overall business performance. 

• Adapting content and tone of voice for different age segments of the target audience.

• Generating ideas for gaming activations, content series, contests, tournaments, and real-time content.

• Contributing to brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and overall business growth.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Practical SMM experience of 1+ year; understanding of social media, gaming/iGaming audiences, and marketing is very important.

• 1+ year of experience in SMM.

• Deep knowledge of CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Standoff 2, including game mechanics, updates, tournaments, trends, memes, and community specifics.

• Strong understanding of gaming and iGaming audiences, as well as the ability to work with different age segments of the target audience.

• Good knowledge of social media algorithms and analytics tools.

• Understanding the specifics of different age segments within the target audience and the ability to adapt content, tone of voice, visual style, and communication approach to each age group.

• Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to analyze content performance.

• Experience with AI tools.

• Confident PC skills and proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.

• Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Threads, and other social media platforms.

• English - Intermediate 

Will be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming, gaming, or related digital projects will be an advantage. 

• Deep knowledge of CS2, PUBG Mobile, and Standoff 2, as well as a strong understanding of gaming culture and communities.

• Experience working with international audiences, AI tools, analytics, advertising platforms, and SMM strategy development is also a plus. 

• Experience launching creative activations, contests, tournaments, and real-time content will be considered an additional advantage.
