Land surveyor

Overview We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction and land development projects. Requirements Proven experience as a Land Surveyor Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques and equipment Experience with AutoCAD and other surveying software Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills Responsibilities Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography and other relevant information Use specialized equipment such as total stations, global positioning systems (GPS) and digital levels to collect data Analyze survey data to create maps, charts or reports for clients or project managers Prepare detailed reports of survey findings for clients or project managers Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals on site to ensure accuracy of measurements Provide guidance and supervision to junior surveyors on the team Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards during surveys Communicate effectively with clients regarding project specifications and any potential issues that may arise Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $1,300 per month along with accommodation assistance.
