Função
Tesouraria diária:
- Supervisionar e controlar os fluxos diários de entrada e saída através da posição diária de tesouraria
- Assegurar a fiabilidade dos fluxos de financiamento e o respeito dos prazos de reembolso
- Garantir que as necessidades do fundo de maneio e de capital são satisfeitas e garantir a gestão diária da caixa
- Elaborar o forecast e a posição de cash-flow de curto e médio prazo
- Garantir a otimização do processo de tesouraria
- Identificar, mitigar e proteger os riscos financeiros associados à atividade em colaboração com a Tesouraria do Grupo
- Participar ativamente no processo de deteção e prevenção de fraude
- Manter um sistema de políticas e procedimentos que assegurem um nível adequado de controlo sobre as atividades de tesouraria, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos de controlo interno
- Participar na implementação dos projetos locais e grupo
- Participar no processo de fecho mensal e anual: validar e justificar os saldos das contas (contas bancárias, contas de financiamento, contas de juros, declarar posições de financiamento e seus vencimentos, realizar reconciliações dos saldos interco, reconciliar o resultado financeiro)
- Analisar e pilotar o resultado financeiro da sua área de responsabilidade, propor ações para o otimizar
Perfil
- 2-3 anos de experiência na área de Tesouraria
- Compreensão dos sistemas de gestão de tesouraria
- Autonomia e orientação para resultados
- Excelentes capacidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas
- Fortes competências de comunicação e interpessoais
- Elevado nível de integridade e atenção aos detalhes
- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa e interesse pela automatização e digitalização
- Conhecimentos de tesouraria, gestão de riscos, IFRS e GAAP locais
