Empresa tecnológica portuguesa de referência no desenvolvimento de apps e plataformas digitais, com presença internacional, pretende reforçar a sua equipa com a contratação de um Growth Product Manager (m/f/d).
A sua nova função Definir e executar estratégias de crescimento para apps e plataformas digitais;
Gerir funis de aquisição, onboarding, conversão e retenção;
Trabalhar campanhas digitais em canais como Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok e YouTube;
Acompanhar métricas de performance e negócio;• Coordenar melhorias de produto com equipas técnicas;
Desenvolver testes, otimizações e iniciativas de crescimento orientadas a dados;
Garantir alinhamento entre experiência de utilizador e objetivos de negócio.
- Experiência em Product Management, Growth ou Marketing Digital;
- Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para métricas;
- Experiência em produtos digitais B2C, apps mobile ou plataformas de subscrição;
- Conhecimentos em performance marketing e aquisição digital;
- Capacidade de trabalhar próximo de equipas técnicas;
- Perfil autónomo, dinâmico e orientado a resultados;
- Inglês avançado.
