R2R Specialist What will you do? Management Accounting Ensure management accounting procedures are completed according to the closing calendar Ensure compliance with accounting standards, ESSC processes and internal controls Deliver analysis and reconciliations of general ledger account activity Manage profit and loss accounting activities for account managers or equivalent, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly financial results Apply accounting standards and practices in accordance with local country requirements Complete accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, provide explanations for significant movements and follow up on actions after management review Review and process accrual and prepayment journals as required to support financial reporting and monthly billing transactions Intercompany Deliver analysis and reconciliations of general ledger account activity Manage profit and loss accounting activities for account managers or equivalent, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly financial results Apply accounting standards and practices in accordance with local country requirements Complete accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, provide explanations for significant movements and follow up after management review Review and process accrual and prepayment journals as required to support financial reporting and monthly billing transactions Regularly control the quality of the work output Support internal and external audits Update and maintain standard operating procedures Identify process harmonisation and improvement opportunities Support the integration of new team members by delivering complete knowledge transfer Support the team leader on the assignment of operational responsibilities and definition of priorities Review quality of work output produced by less senior team members (accounts reconciliation, Ivanti journals, tax pack, peer audit) Fixed Assets Create and maintain capital investment projects and budgets Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close those accounts when projects complete Generate monthly depreciation postings, review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation Support the transfer of AUC balances to the fixed asset sub-ledger through close coordination with local business Monitor and report monthly capital expenditure to managers Produce monthly and annual fixed asset account reports for the business Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management or business Assist the business on periodic physical counts of fixed assets Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level general ledger account monthly Perform quarterly account reconciliations on BlackLine to ensure accuracy and compliance of reported fixed asset balances Assist in financial audit (internal/external) and tax filing activities Regularly control the quality of the work output Update and maintain standard operating procedures Identify process harmonisation and improvement opportunities Support the integration of new team members by delivering complete knowledge transfer What You Need to Succeed Good organizational skills Collaboration: accountability, integrity and ethical values Ability to adapt to changes and constantly improve quality Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Support to other departments and external stakeholders Effective business writing and professional communication skills Ability to work in an international global work environment Ability to work under pressure Technical proficiency with SAP, HFM and MS Office Customer-focused mindset: internal and external client service oriented Graduate in economics, management, audit or accounting Good command of spoken and written English Pro‐active, responsive and action-oriented Capacity to achieve established KPIs What We Offer You Health and life insurance Meal allowance paid in meal card Additional days off: extra vacation day, employee's birthday, volunteering day Opportunity to grow professionally inside the company Possibility to participate in multicultural projects Internal activities to promote team well-being Diversity & Inclusion Statement Sodexo is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
