QA ENGINEER (JUNIOR-MID)
SOBRE O PRODUTO E A EQUIPA
API Nuxt + Neo4j, frontend Vue, arquitectura hexagonal. Temos uma base de ficheiros de testes unitários com boa
cobertura em domain e use-cases, mas espaço para progresso em testes de integração e ausência total de E2E. A documentação de testes manuais é extensa e está pronta a ser convertida em automação. O CI corre apenas testes unitários à data de hoje, e esse é um dos primeiros impactos a mudar.
O QUE VAIS FAZER
Transformar os documentos de teste manual existentes em testes automatizados (integração e E2E)
Estabelecer Playwright como framework de E2E do projecto (ja instalado, ainda não inicializado)
Aumentar a cobertura de testes de integração (Vitest contra Neo4j real)
Criar fixtures e factories reutilizáveis para preparar e limpar dados de teste
Integrar testes de integração e E2E no pipeline Cl (GitHub Actions)
Garantir cobertura de testes de contrato e validação para as rotas da API v1
Colaborar com developers para melhorar a qualidade do repositório
REQUISITOS
1 a 3 anos de experiência em QA com foco em automação, ou formação académica relevante (p.ex. mestrado
em Engenharia Informática / Software com componente de testing/qualidade)
TypeScript ou JavaScript moderno (os testes vivem na mesma stack do produto)
Vitest, Jest ou test runner moderno equivalente
Playwright, Cypress ou framework E2E equivalente. O projecto vai adoptar Playwright - Experiencia prévia com
Cypress (ou outro) e vontade de migrar é igualmente aceite
Conhecimento claro das diferentes camadas de teste (unit, integration, E2E) estratégias (black and white box)
e quando aplicar cada uma
Capacidade de ler codigo (TypeScript, Vue) para escrever testes informados e não puramente black-box
Ingles técnico
VALORIZA-SE
Neo4j, Cypher, ou outra base de dados graph
Padroes de teste: page object model, test data builders, fixtures reutilizáveis
CI/CD com GitHub Actions
Métricas de cobertura e definição de critérios de aceitação
Experiência prévia em produto com arquitetura hexagonal ou clean architecture
Testes contractuais (validação de schemas Zod / OpenAPI)
Experiência com o uso de IA para apoio ao processo de QA, nomeadamente review automatizada de testes,
análise de cobertura, identificação de gaps em cenários e apoio à geração/refinamento de casos de teste
NÃO PROCURAMOS
Tester puramente manual sem apetencia por automação. Perfil de QA como "carimbador" no fim do ciclo. QA é uma das partes cruciais e intercalares ao desenvolvimento.
