Data & Automation Engineer

What you will do: We are building the next generation of intelligent automation in B2C segment combining data, AI and automation to redesign how business processes work end-to-end. This is not a traditional BI or RPA role. You will work hands‐on with Generative AI, machine learning and data pipelines to create real, production‐ready solutions that impact thousands of customers. Design and implement GenAI‐powered solutions Work with LLMs, prompt engineering and modern AI frameworks Develop ML models to optimize and automate business processes Build end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using multiple data sources Deliver actionable insights and tools to improve operational efficiency Develop data‐driven applications for the B2C segment Automation & Process Innovation Design end-to-end automations integrating AI, data and business systems Develop solutions using tools like chatbots, APIs and workflow automation Work directly with business teams to identify high-impact use cases Translate real-world problems into scalable technical solutions Ensure solutions are usable, maintainable and adopted Employment type: Full‐Time Work site: Hybrid Model What are we looking for 3–5 years of experience in Data, AI or Software Engineering Degree or master's on technological areas such as: Electrical and computer engineering, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Computer engineering, Data Science other degrees relevant to the role. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Experience with data platforms (Azure, Databricks) Solid understanding of data pipelines and analytics Interest or experience in Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering) Nice to have: Power BI / Domo RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) Experience working in Agile teams More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.
