What you will do in this role As a Junior O2C Specialist, you will:Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Generate invoices and credit notes ensuring compliance with company policies. Perform daily cash application of customer payments. Monitor AR aging reports and follow up with customers for overdue invoices. Support resolution of simple customer queries and escalate complex disputes. Assist in reconciliations, month-end & quarter-end closing, and audit requirements. Maintain updated customer master data in ERP.

Requirements

Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are fluent in German (written and spoken at C2 level) And proficiency in English (written and spoken at C1 level) Have 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations. Have knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Have good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred). Are familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
