A2IT Technology in Lisboa, Oeiras area is seeking a skilled Incident Management professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in incident analysis, prioritization, and major incident handling. You will work within an ITSM-driven environment to ensure rapid resolution and escalation when needed. You will leverage Microsoft Excel and Power BI for tracking, reporting, and performance metrics, with exposure to Oracle and SQL for data analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
