Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an iRobot Support Specialist with French and English based in Bulgaria . This role is perfect for French-speaking professionals who are passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service. As an iRobot Support Specialist, you will assist customers with inquiries related to their smart home devices, provide troubleshooting support, and help resolve technical and account-related issues via phone, email, and chat. Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications.
- Interest in consumer electronics, smart home devices, and technology.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, consumer electronics, or call centers is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
