Competências técnicas: Orientar as equipas, aplicando os valores, princípios, práticas, ferramentas e técnicas Ágeis Participar e dinamizar cerimónias Ágeis Criar e facilitar workshops e eventos Formar, aconselhar e partilhar metodologias Ágeis Atuar como mentor e coach de equipas e indivíduos Ágeis (Scrum Master; PO; etc.) Ser autónomo nas funções atuais Conhecimento aprofundado de metodologias Ágeis Experiência como Scrum Master JIRA e Confluence Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito), conhecimento de francês (é uma mais-valia) Competências pessoais: Boas capacidades de comunicação e liderança Consultor de agilidade: impulsionará o movimento e a dinâmica da mudança Agente de mudança: defenderá os valores da agilidade Formador: ensinará conceitos, conhecimentos ou competências, idealmente com base numa aprendizagem ágil, social e interativa Mentor: partilhará os seus conhecimentos e pontos de vista e oferecerá apoio individual e personalizado no terreno Facilitador: ajudará grupos e indivíduos a aprender, explorar, encontrar soluções e chegar a um consenso #J-18808-Ljbffr
