HR Core functional Lead

Role Overview

You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core HR and Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) landscape. The role acts as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HR processes, data models, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements align with business requirements and project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core HR / Employee Central configuration and data model: develop, configure, and maintain the Core HR and Employee Central data model.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with project objectives during implementation and operational phases.
• Manage enhancements and system evolution activities.
• Lead Core HR process design and optimization.
• Develop and maintain key HR processes, including hiring, employee movements, promotions, and terminations.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and user adoption.
• Act as the main point of contact for BPOs and technical teams.
• Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Administration and convert them into technical design.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science / information technology, HR, C&B, finance, business administration, or equivalent.
• 7‑to‑10‑year experience in HRIS core HR or HRIS project at a global level.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), ideally in a global environment at a consulting company or in an internal team.
• Certification on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ability to understand business needs regarding security & access management for employee data administration; knowledge of specific regulations regarding HRIS solutions and GDPR.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR applications and processes.
