Proactive communication: Maintain regular contact, providing updates, insights, and proactive recommendations. Negotiate and close deals Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop tailored solutions: Craft customized plans aligned with client needs . Expert problem-solving: Address client concerns and roadblocks with efficient solutions. Data and Performance Analysis: Present data-driven insights: Clearly communicate performance and value to stakeholders. Requirements

Skills & KnowledgeStrong understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, social, and/or performance-based) and the competitive landscape;
Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs and objectives;
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships;
Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and optimize revenue;
Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems. Minimum Requirements Native or C1/C2 German speaker + good English written & verbal;
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising or marketing technology;
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quota attainment;
Experience managing and developing a high volume portfolio of accounts.
