Business Analyst (French Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst fluent in French to join a project in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and gather business and functional requirements . Translate business needs into functional specifications and effective solutions . Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams . Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate workshops and meetings. Create detailed documentation in French and English . Support process optimisation and continuous improvement . Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst . Fluent French: spoken and written. English B2 or higher . Experience in Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, Functional Analysis and Stakeholder Management . Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with multicultural teams . Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus .
