Content Moderator (Romanian-speaking) Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 30 April 2026 Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: 2 rotational days Contract: Full-time About the Role Join an international content moderation team in Porto, helping to ensure a safe and positive online environment for users. This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who can work responsibly with sensitive content. What You'll Do Review and moderate user-generated content Ensure content complies with platform policies Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful material Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards Follow strict guidelines and internal procedures What We're Looking For Native / C2 Romanian + good English level Strong attention to detail Ability to work with sensitive content Emotional resilience and professionalism Previous moderation experience is a plus What's in It for You Base Salary: €1,000 gross x14 salaries International work environment Career growth opportunities Important Notes On-site role in Porto Rotational schedule (including weekends) Future shift changes possible (including evening / 24/7) Role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content Interested?
