groeien in een internationaal team.
Wat ga je
doen?
- Actief zoeken naar talent en kandidaten
screenen
- Voeren van eerste telefonische interviews en het ondersteunen bij
sollicitatiegesprekken
- Begeleiden van kandidaten en zorgen voor een positieve ervaring
- Administratieve taken zoals het bijhouden van cv’s en rapportages maken in de ATS
- Samenwerken met ervaren recruiters en hiring managers
Wat breng jij
mee?
- Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding of 6
maanden relevante werkervaring in recruitment.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Basiskennis van recruitmentprocessen of een sterke interesse om dit te
leren
- Proactieve houding en een leergierige instelling
- Oog voor detail en organisatorisch sterk
