It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.* Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace at all times;* Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within allotted time;* Perform daily operations according to standards;* Maintain plants to ensure they meet specific production, visual, and health requirements and expectations;* Sowing, planting and cultivating various plants, flowers and trees;* Tilling the soil and applying fertilizers, transplanting, thinning, pruning or cutting;* Harvesting, cleaning, packing and loading harvested products;* Working with hand tools and small machines related to agricultural work;* Cleaning all tools and equipment after each use and keeping them tidy;* Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time;* Assist other team members to ensure that they can perform their services professionally and accurately and on time, according to the priorities set for me;* Report any damage to any tools and equipment immediately;* Separate all composting waste from green waste, and any other recycling materials for the same, to fully comply with internal and external SOPs, with a key focus on sustainability;* Carry out, or help to carry out, daily harvesting and animal care;* Dehydrate and preserve flowers, aromatics and vegetables, and ensure that they are preserved in the best quality and hygiene;* Represent the best interests of the company, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism;* Attend meetings, training classes and seminars as requested by the manager;* Carry out any additional tasks assigned by managers.* Teamwork skills* Adaptability* Effective communication* Ethics* Flexibility* Positivity* Focus* Willpower, effort, and dedication* Critical thinking* Knowledge of basic field tools* Planting and sowing skills* Basic knowledge of outdoor and indoor plantsWork-Family Culture, Global Career Opportunities, Competitive Salarys, Development Programs, Medical Insurance, Meal Allowance, Staff Restaurant, Staff Events and Staff accommodation if you are not local.*If you have what it takes and want to build a career , this is the place for you*#LI-TP1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
