Role Overview:

We are looking for a SAP FI-CO Consultant to integrate our teams and support the implementation and evolution of SAP S/4HANA Cloud within an industrial environment. The role is focused on the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of digital solutions, working closely with business areas to optimise processes, increase efficiency, and promote operational excellence through SAP technologies.

What you will do:

• Analyse existing systems and business processes, proposing improvements aligned with organisational needs;
• Participate in the analysis, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions across multiple locations;
• Support and evolve the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP, particularly in the FI-CO modules;
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment and successful implementations;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external suppliers during solution design and delivery;
• Ensure standardisation of solutions according to IT department rules, procedures, and best practices;
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and expected outcomes;
• Support change management initiatives and promote adoption of new digital solutions.

What you are like:

• Proficient in SAP FI-CO, with strong technical and functional knowledge in SAP environments;
• Experienced in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and ERP support activities;
• Knowledge of ABAP programming;
• Comfortable interacting with both functional business areas and technical IT teams;
• Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementation projects;
• Skilled in analysing, mapping, and documenting business processes;
• Highly organised, autonomous, and methodical, with strong planning and prioritisation skills;
• Resilient and able to perform effectively in dynamic and high-pressure environments;
• Confident in leading change and engaging stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• Available to travel when required.
