The Opportunity
In our "Corporate Risk and Broking" division, we empower companies to navigate the complexities of risk and insurance management. By aligning our strategies with our clients’ corporate goals, we create robust, cost-effective solutions that protect their businesses and fuel growth.

From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we

do and how we do it.

What You’ll Bring

In addition, you’ll be working on real client projects by performing the following tasks:

• Support the operational business

• Request documentation from the Insurance Company

• Ensure deadlines are met

• Interface with customers and insurance companies

• Correspond with customers and insurers in German and English

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly driven professional with strong interpersonal skills who is motivated to join a large, dynamic organization.

• University degree (preferred)

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills

• Experience in client service or operational processes, ideally within an insurance or service-based environment

• Strong understanding of processes, data quality and digital workflows, combined with a strong technical aptitude

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in continuous improvement

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments

• High level of German and good knowledge of English 

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and with focus, whilst remaining flexible in prioritising workload and responding to changing requests

• Strong teamworking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
