About the job Content Moderator - Spanish Speaker (P) Overview Are you passionate about keeping the internet safe, accurate, and enjoyable for everyone? Do you have an eagle eye for detail and a love for online media? If you speak Spanish fluently and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to meet you! Responsibilities Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices from users regarding copyright and intellectual property. Checking & updating content on one of the worlds most popular social media platforms. Auditing & preparing content for social media uploads to ensure it meets quality and compliance standards. Monitoring KPIs to make sure our service meets and exceeds contractual targets. Staying informed on our clients products and services to provide accurate and relevant moderation. Following strict guidelines to ensure content accuracy and compliance. Safeguarding customer data and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
