SENIOR MANAGER HRIS SYSTEM ADMINISTR ATOR

As a technology manager, leads the operations necessary for system administration across all HR technical platforms. Maintain system administration, leading within a goverance process. Enable HR functions with effective and efficient technology infrastructure including learning, performance management, succession planning, management recruiting, frontline recruiting, compensation, HR service center, and benefits. Manages technical facets of program development and deployment. Aligns with HR PMO to ensure technical deliver of HR projects., some are enterprise-wide projects or global efforts. Leads of team of System Administrators, and Analysts. Accountable for vendor relationships and leads meetings with vend ors.

⚙What will you do?

• R OLE 1: Leads the global BAU and cycle support for Harmonie in SuccessFactors- EmployeeCentral and Employee Central Pa yroll ROLE 2: LLeads the global BAU and cycle support for Harmonie in SuccessFactors LMS, and in Ivanti case management;
  : Leads the BAU support for Access (there is no further design as we are working to migrate off of Access), including Brazil case management
• Responsible for technical aspect of multiple projects, many of which are global in scope. Set and manage plan across all projects to deliver consistent, effective and efficient solutions. Collaborates with HR PMO, HR Analytics, HR Change Management, HR Design and Implementation Team, TDDI, and AMS to deliver on HR Harmonie vision
• Leads a team of exempt technical staff charged with the system administration of our global HR sys tems

What You Need to Suceed

• ROLE 1: Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, Compen sation) ROLE 2: Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (LMS, Talent, , RBP) ROLE 2: Strong understanding of global case management platforms (like Ivanti)Expertise in Role-Based permissions (RBP), security design, and segregation of duties
• Experience stabilizing global implementations into BAU operating models
• Working knowledge of GDPR and global data privacy frameworks
• Experience managing HR systems across multiple countries and regulatory environments
• Proven experience leading technical workstreams in global HR transformations
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives with shared sources
• Experience partnering with HR PMO, HR Design & Implementation, Change Management, IT/ TDDI, AMS providers
• Experience leading exempt technical system administrators
• Demonstrated ability to scale a team from reactive support to disciplined, ticket-based service delivery
• Building Strategic Relationships skills

• Planning, Time Management, and Managing Priorities
