Your Role Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week. Your Qualifications Native-level fluency in French and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.
