Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for someone to strengthen our automated testing team and grow with us through this transformation. This opportunity is especially suitable for someone who already has some experience in testing and automation, enjoys programming, and is eager to develop within this challenge. We don't expect you to know everything already. We are looking for curiosity, solid technical foundations, and a willingness to learn, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to the evolution of the team's automation tools and practices. YOU WILL DO Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and existing products Contribute to the evolution of the team's automation frameworks, tools, and practices Collaborate with developers to make products more testable Help define robust test scenarios and ensure balanced coverage across different testing levels Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines Analyze test failures and defects, collecting the necessary information to support diagnosis and reproduction Improve the reliability, maintainability, and execution speed of automated test suites Gradually participate in the evaluation and adoption of new automation tools and approaches YOU ALREADY HAVE Practical experience in software testing and test automation Programming experience in languages such as TypeScript, C#, Python, or Java Knowledge of fundamental software quality and testing principles Experience with version control systems, preferably Git Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies Ability to work in a team and communicate with both technical and functional profiles Adaptability in a continuously evolving technological environment Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Degree in a relevant technological field or equivalent professional experience NICE TO HAVE - Experience or Interest in: Automation of modern web applications API testing Automation tools such as Playwright or Ranorex Angular or other frontend frameworks Docker or other container technologies Cloud concepts and distributed systems Performance testing Logging, tracing, and other observability tools Testing complex graphical interfaces, including Canvas, WebGL, or interactive visualizations YOU WILL ENJOY Highly flexible work policy - work at home, at the office, or both.
