• *About the role of Sales Force Effectiveness trainee**
• *Principais Áreas de Desenvolvimento:**

• Apoiar na execução das tarefas do departamento de *Commercial Excellence* em colaboração com as equipas comerciais de forma a garantir a excelência operacional;
• Apoio à tomada de decisões: Análise de relatórios de performance (*HMR/HAIA*);
• Garantir o suporte no acompanhamento dos objectivos das equipas comerciais;
• Fornecer suporte nos sistemas comerciais (*Veeva, FSFA*);
• Trabalho em equipa com ações de colaboração com outros departamentos e outras áreas de negócio;

**Requisitos:**

• Licenciatura nas áreas Gestão, Business, Marketing entre outros;
• Conhecimentos de Excel, Power Point e Word;
• Fluência em Inglês, escrito e falado;
• Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, boas capacidades de comunicação, espírito de equipa, iniciativa/proactividade
