Your Mission Will Be: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT profiles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Develop and publish job descriptions, while performing CV screening and candidate evaluation. Support recruitment-related administrative activities and maintain accurate records. Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter using diverse sourcing techniques. Conduct phone and video interviews and work closely with business managers to align hiring needs. You Will Need: Previous hands-on experience in recruitment processes. Degree inHumanResources, Sociology, Psychology, or similar areas. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French. Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Would Be Awesome If You Have: Experience recruiting for IT or technical profiles. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments.
