Content Moderator - Hungarian Speaker | E-commerce Platform

CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Hungarian-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting e-commerce project based in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural team, working in a fast-paced environment that values high standards of quality and compliance. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality and legal standards across a popular e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing content, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and making informed moderation decisions based on local market knowledge.

Your Role
- Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics
- Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures
- Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes
- Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks
- Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week
Your Profile
- Native-level fluency in Hungarian and good command of English (B2 level minimum)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset
- Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Relocation
Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
