Location: Lisbon, Portugal Project: Spanish Travel Advisor Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon and support a leading Travel project. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, assisting passengers with inquiries, reservations, travel-related issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support to airline passengers via designated communication channels. Assist customers with flight reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures. Maintain service quality standards and achieve individual and team performance objectives. Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions. Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays. Fluent Spanish and good communication skills in English. Valid Authorization to work in Portugal Working Schedule Monday to Sunday Working hours between 08:00 and 21:00 40 hours per week with2 rotating days off per week Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €920 gross per month (paid over 14 months) Attendance Bonus: €25 per month (paid over 11 months) Meal allowance: 7.63euros per day (167.86 per month= 7.63*22days) Full-time employment contract Training and onboarding provided Opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment within the airline industry Relocation package if applicable Why Join Us?
