Account Manager Wound Care _ Coimbra

Account Manager Core Business (m/f/d) We are looking for an Account Manager Core Business to join our Wound Care division in the center of Portugal. Responsibilities You will drive sustainable business growth in targeted WC accounts, ensure optimal clinical usage of the Mölnlycke portfolio, increase customer satisfaction, and support efficient adoption of Mölnlycke solutions. The role acts as both a strategic sales partner and a consultant for customers. You'll make a significant contribution in the following areas: Achieve agreed sales targets by targeting activity into existing customers and by the identification and development of new accounts so that we maintain a constant flow of new business opportunities; Develop and present commercial offers, in line with local pricing guidelines. Manage customer profitability effectively, through company strategy and value proposition; Develop and execute the Account Plans, Sales Opportunity, pre‐tender and tenders for the territory, securing strong and qualified sales and projects pipelines, aligned with company strategic drivers; Be responsible for the field close follow up of regional tender in the different steps; Educate key stakeholders within accounts in main topics, such as cost efficiency, sustainability and product use as well as the overall competitiveness of the Mölnlycke Health Care value proposition; Communicate our solution offer by different tools: visit, group meeting presentation, etc; Identify opportunities in all market segments: home care, acute care, long term care; Use sales tools (Veeva CRM, Power BI, promotional materials) to identify, prioritize, and implement projects; Create and maintain a high quality Wound contact person database; All functions described in the procedures of the Integrated Management System. What you will need Solid commercial experience in the Medical Devices sector (minimum 2/3 years); preferably in Wound Care area; Preferred area of residence Coimbra/Aveiro; Strong communication, customer focus, training and collaboration skills; High level of responsibility and autonomy; Resilience and problem‐solving mindset; Ability to innovate, influence, and manage relationships effectively.
