Infrastructure Lead

Responsibilities Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices in infrastructure architecture. Design and oversee hybrid environments (on‐prem + Azure/AWS). Coordinate and support infrastructure and cloud-related projects with PMO teams. Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‐V), networking, security, and storage systems. Oversee Microsoft (AD, M365) and Linux environments, including backup and monitoring. Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and ideally Ansible/Terraform. Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure service reliability. Maintain clear technical documentation and support decision-making processes Requirements 7+ years of experience in infrastructure roles and 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture. Background as SysAdmin / Linux Engineer / Windows Engineer transitioning into Tech Lead. Strong experience in project coordination or PMO-driven environments. Deep knowledge of: hybrid architectures (on‐prem + Azure/AWS), virtualization (VMware, Hyper‐V), networking, storage, and security. Experience with Microsoft AD/M365, Linux systems, monitoring, backup, and recovery tools (Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.). Solid skills in automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python; Ansible or Terraform preferred. Experience leading teams or mentoring technical staff. Strong communication skills and a solution‐oriented mindset. Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
