What You'll Do: Provide expert-level technical support for networking services, responding to complex incidents and service requests. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Contribute to the implementation of networking strategies, projects, and infrastructure improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and delivery leadership to resolve technical challenges efficiently. Design and implement networking solutions across different technologies and environments. Apply best practices and security standards in networking service delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation, including incident reports and configuration details. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence activities. Support ongoing operational activities, including participation in a 24×7 standby rotation. Qualifications: Strong experience with: Cisco, HPE, and Huawei routing & switching, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5 firewalls/load balancing Proven experience managing enterprise networking technologies and infrastructure environments. Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex networking scenarios. Ability to work across operational support and project implementation activities. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant networking experience. Minimum 3+ years in a similar senior networking role.
